Our terms and conditions concerning
payment of electricity bills using EBPP service are as follows:

Should the bill remain unpaid after the
due date, a surcharge of 50 cents or percentage of the outstanding
amount calculated in accordance with Clause 2 hereof; whichever
is the higher shall be levied. |

For purposes of calculation of surcharge
a flat rate of 1% on the outstanding amount will be levied for
any delay less than 1 month, any delay in excess of 1 month
will be reckoned on a 1/2 monthly basis. |
3. |
If the bill together with the surcharge
remains unpaid for a further days ,a service charge of RM10/-
shall be levied and the supply is liable to be disconnected
without further notice and will not be reconnected until all
outstanding charges are paid. |
4. |
A service charge of RM10.00 shall be levied
for every payment rejected by RHB Bank Berhad. |
5. |
Customers whose payment have been rejected
for three times by RHB Bank Berhad will be suspended from using
EBPP service. |
6. |
Where partial payment is made, the surcharge
& service charge will still be levied and the supply is still
liable for disconnection in accordance to clause 1 to 3 above
until all outstanding amount has been settled. |
7. |
Owing to the time required to update the
customer account in SESCO Customer Information System, customers
are advised not to pay overdue bills using the EBPP service.
Overdue electricity bills should be paid promptly at SESCO payment
counter. |
8. |
The maximum payment via credit card is
limited to RM500.00; if the bill is in excess of RM500.00, payment
accepted by credit card shall be limited to RM500.00 and the
remaining shall be paid through direct debit or over-the-counter
payment at SESCO or relevant banks and SBBS counters. |
NOTE: Once you click PAY, your bill
will only be considered paid upon approval by the Bank. This
approval is subjected to the availability of funds in your account.
If there is insufficient funds, the amount due will be carried
forward and your utility service may be interrupted according
to the respective biller's policy. |
